Stars shine at the Divas Beverages Showcase of Showjumping 2025
After an ease-in day yesterday, the main action for the Divas Beverages Showcase of Showjumping 2025 amped up today with standout performances across multiple divisions, confirming this event’s place as a key fixture on the Australian Jumping calendar.

Kicking off the day’s competition on Arena 1, the Peachester Lodge Young Rider Qualifier saw Hannah Doolan deliver a flawless round aboard Checkbook to take the win in a competitive field. Liam Rutland followed closely with Adele, and Ruby Rao rounded out the top three on Cibelle van het Hobos Z.

The Winning Group Mini Prix Qualifier was one of the day’s feature events, drawing a large crowd to watch 6 clear rounds vie for top honours. Amelia Douglass continued her strong form with a commanding win aboard Yalambi’s Key Largo. Tess McInerney placed second with Quintation and returned to the podium again in sixth on Lincoln MVNZ.

In the Chatham Park Futurity, Tom McDermott was in flying form, taking both first and second place with Chester Thompson and Pegasos respectively. Gabrielle Chugg also featured strongly, claiming third with Cristallina and sixth with CF Comanche. With such strong performances, these combinations are certainly ones to watch as the season unfolds.
The much anticipated Teams Spectacular saw team spirit at its finest. Chatham Park claimed victory with no penalties clear in the fastest time and Billy Raymont and Caprino delivering a spectacular jump-off round. Just edged-out in the Jump-off were Team Coolmore & Woppitt and Team Yandoo.

In Arena 2, Sam Overton and Conchita Van De Helle took top honours in the G Brothers RAM 140/145cm class, producing the only clear round. Tom McDermott followed in second with Cooley Gangster, and Jack Barker secured third aboard Cornets Prinzess.

In the King Ranch Equestrian Junior Qualifier, Jack Barker led from the front, winning aboard Tulara For Quinar. Meanwhile, Cody Mulder topped the JJ Robertson & Sons Amateur Qualifier with a slick round on Yoicks Kitchi Rou, ahead of Bronte Webb and Nathan Wood.
The Ashford Farm Patrons Class saw Suzie Williams and Call of the Wild securing the win.
