World Cup season concludes at Boneo Park over the next two weekends
The final two rounds of the Australian Word Cup Qualifying series for 2019/20 will be held over the next two weekends at the magnificent Boneo Park Equestrian Complex located on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. Over this Australia Day Weekend, the Homes & Acreage 2020 Boneo Classic is being held, with the Browns Sawdust World Cup Qualifier set for decision tomorrow afternoon, Australia Day.
The season will conclude on the following Sunday, 2nd of February at the World Wetlands Day World Cup jumping event.
With nine events already decided, the leaderboard indicates how closely fought the competition has been this season and with a total of 40 points on offer over the final two rounds, in theory, any one of the current top seven placed riders are in with a shot at taking the title and qualifying for the World Cup finals to be held in Las Vegas in April. Below are the top 10 riders as they currently stand.

A quick check of the start list for Sunday currently only has 16 combinations entered, however, the top four riders above, Chris Chugg, Billy Raymont, Tom McDermott and Jamie Kermond, will all be there. Further, with just the top six performances over the season counting towards the final total, drop scores will come into play, creating the situation where movements on the leaderboard may not directly reflect performances on Sunday.
We understand that the event will be livestreamed and when details are finalized, we will publish a link to that on our facebook page. Australian Jumping will bring you a full report on Sunday’s action as soon as possible after the conclusion of the class.
