Now in its fourth year, the much anticipated Pacific Fair Magic Millions Showjumping featured today as part of the 2025 Magic Millions Carnival.
The competition, held at Doug Jennings Park on the Gold Coast, brings together some of the best Jumping talent from across Australia, all vying for top honours and a cut of the huge 1.5 million dollar prizemoney.
Whilst the Senior Teams competition is the feature event, the Junior competition kicks the day off and is much more than just the warm up act. The entries for the Junior event were capped at 15, with combinations selected based on their performances over the past 12 months, so it is certainly an honour to compete and be given the chance to showcase your skills on such a high profile stage.
The two round Junior competition is run under EA National Jumping Rules Article 273 2.2.2 (i), 3.3.1,4.3, where following the first round of competition the top 5 available combinations return for the second round carrying their penalties from Round 1.
Round 1 saw seven clear rounds delivered, with Sienna Holdsworth-Rose and her family owned 20 year old mare Coolart Farm Short Torque (Diamond) delivering the fastest time and holding the pole position for the second round. With four competitors gone before her, Sienna knew that a clear would give her the win and that is exactly what she and Coolart Farm Short Torque produced, not only the only clear but also in the fastest time of the round.
Sienna’s victory today, was even more impressive because Sienna also took the win in last year’s class. Winning the Magic Millions Junior competition for the second time is no small feat, especially given the caliber of competitors she faced.
Sienna says about her win, “I didn’t go into it thinking that I was going to win, but I know what ‘Diamond’ is capable of. She loves to sit in the seated spot at the very end of the class, and if she’s in that spot, she just knows what to do. This was a really nice course built by Gavin (Chester). ‘Diamond’ just loves the more moving tracks to jump around because she can get going and just get her feet off the ground.”
About Coolart Farm Short Torque Sienna says, “Zoe Boulton had ridden ‘Diamond’ 7 years before I got her, she had done all the hard work as she wasn’t the easiest horse as a youngster, so a big thank to Zoe for sticking it out with her and getting through the hard stuff, because now that horse is making my dreams come true!”
Congratulations, Sienna, on an outstanding performance and a well-deserved victory!

Following the Junior competition, we saw 19 competitors compete in the Queensland Off The Track Cup. In this hotly fought class we saw eight clear rounds with only two going double clear Louise Day and Amoretti and Makaylah Fenwick and Rainbow Man, with Makaylah delivering the fastest time and taking the win. It is good to see the victory going to Rainbow Man, who despite having 17 race starts, never made it into the winner’s stall, however, was placed three times.
